The Company was originally incorporated as a public company under the name of M/s. Sree Raayalaseema Investment And Trading Company Limited on 28.10.1978 under the Companies Act, 1956 to rransact the business of investments including dealing in shares and other securities but securities but subsequently the name of the company was changed to M/s Poshak Apex Finance Limited and then to M/s Boston Teknowsys (India) Limited on 22.06.2000 and the objects clause was also suitably modified to Include the computer and web related activities.
The Company is engaged in the business of electronics and computer engineering including import and export of hardware and software technologies, set up and run training centers and institutes, providing various networking services either in India or outside India, entertainment and communication products, producing documentaries and advertisement films.
2016 -Boston Teknowsys (India) Ltd has shifted its Registered Office from "Plot No. 16, 1st Floor, Srila Realty Layout, Madinaguda, Miyapur, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad - 500049, Telangana" to "#45, M-701- H M Tambourine Jargan Hall, 6th Phase, J P Nagar, Opp. Metro, Pillar No. 82, Bengaluru - 560078, Karnataka".
