The Company was incorporated on September 26, 1989 as a Public Limited Company, with the Registar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Madras & the commencement of Business was obtained on February 1, 1990.
The Company was engaged in agriculture, processing & export of marine product with effect from April 1990 in leased unit at Calcutta, Madras and Cochin and in its own unit at Visakhapatnam & agriculture near Nellore.
