Pan Packaging Industries Private Ltd. was originally
incorporated as Private Limited company on 03 March, 1983,
to manufacture and supply Corrugated Boxes. The name and
style of the company was changed as Pan Packaging
Industries Limited on 25th April, 1995. The company
started its commercial production in 13-03-1984 which was
its first phase of operations, with an installed capacity
of 900 TPA. The project is located at 290/1 GIDC, Vapi,
Dist. Bulsar Gujarat. The plant is currently operating at
70% of installed capacity.

Its regular clientele includes:

i) Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

ii) Hindustan Vegetable Oils Corporation Ltd.

iii) Indo-French Biotech Enterprises Ltd.

iv) Sandoz (India) Ltd.

v) Franco Indian Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

vi) Laboratories Griffon Ltd.

vii) Fargo Sales Ltd.

viii) Gujarat Co.Op. Milk Marketing Federation Ltd.(Amul
Dairy, Anand)

ix) Rollicks Holdings Pvt.Ltd.,

The Company does not have any subsidiary company.

2006

-Company has changed its name from Pan Packaging Industries Ltd. to Alchemist Realty Ltd.

2008

- Alchemist Realty Ltd has informed that Mr. Ian F Thomas has been appointed as Additional Director on Board of the Company effective from April 02, 2008.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs2/-.

2009

-The Company recommended dividend at the rate of Rs 0.10 i.e. 5% per equity Shares having face value of Rs 2/- each

2010

-Mr. V. K. Bhardwaj has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Board of the Company.

2011

-The Company has acquired 100% equity stake in Alchemist Hill Resorts Pvt. Ltd.

-The Company recommended the dividend of Re. 0.10 per equity share of Rs. 2/- (5%) on the equity shares.

2012

-The Company has recommended dividend @ 5% (Rs. 0.10 per share) on the equity share capital

-The Company appointed Kaajal Aijaz as Managing Director of the Company.

2013
-Mr. Alok Mittal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer [CFO] of the Company.
-The Company has recommended dividend @ 5% (Rs. 0.10 per share) on the equity share capital.

2014
-Mr. Vaibhav Sharma has been appointed as the new Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer of the Company .

2016
- The Company has changed its Registered Office address from 62 B, Mittal Towers, 210, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021 to Office No. 109, The Jewel (Roxy Cinema Building), Mama Parmanand Marg, Opera House, Mumbai - 400004 with effect from May 01, 2016.
