Ajanta Soya Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

Ajanta Soya Ltd. (ASL) was incorporated on January 13,1992 as a public limited company with the main object of setting up a project for the manufacture of Vanaspathi. The company obtained certificate of commencment of business on Februvary 25,1992.

ASL belongs to an existing profit making group having a proven track record in the business of oil, vanaspathi, & solvent extraction,Alloy steel castings etc . Main constituents of the group are Guru proteins Ltd. and G D Ferro Alloys (P) Ltd.

With its success in Vanaspati Plant, the company manufactured Refined Oil under the brand name "Dhruv" & introduced Refined Oil in small packs in the brand name "Anchal" during 1994-95.

ASL is now a company with a strong portfolio of brands viz. druv anchal- logo and parv logo and enjoys reputed market share.

ASL also offers its quality products as food ingredients to serve food manufacturers and food service industry.


2006

-Ajanta Soya Ltd has appointed Mr. Satish Chand Singhal as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. November 10, 2006. Mr. Satish Chand Singhal shall be a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.

2012

Listed on BSE Ltd, The company went Public with the Initial Public Offering in the year 1993 with 162% shares fully subscribed. The company also issued Preferential shares in year 2012.

2022

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 2.
