ADS Diagnostic Services Ltd. was established in the year 1985. It is basically engaged in hospital services business.

1996-97:
The company has performed well during the year ended 31st March, 1997. The overall income of the company touched Rs. 170 lakhs as compared to Rs. 166 lakhs for the previous year, thus registering an increase of Rs. 4 lakhs during the year. The net profit has also kept pace with the increased overall income and the same has gone upto Rs. 55 lakhs as against Rs. 43 lakhs for the previous year, registering an increase of 28%, this is mainly because of reduction in interest cost and other operative expenses. A state of the art technology spiral CT costing Rs. 176 Lakhs has been ordered and it is expected to be commissioned in the beginning of July 1997.

- A D S Diagnostics Ltd has reappointed Dr. Gautam Sehgal as Managing Director of the Company by the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 01, 2007.
