Adhunik Metaliks Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

Our Company was incorporated on November 20, 2001 as
Neepaz Metaliks Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies
Act, 1956 with its registered office at 14, N.S. Road, Kolkata 700 001.
Subsequently, the Company converted into a public company pursuant
to a special resolution passed on February 18, 2004 and filed the
statement in lieu of prospectus as required under the section 44(2) (b)
of the Companies Act , 1956. The name of the Company was changed
from Neepaz Metaliks Limited to Adhunik Metaliks Limited pursuant to a
special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at a
meeting held on July 22, 2005.

As on the date of filing this Draft Red Herring Prospectus, our Promoters
hold 5,16,85,642 Equity Shares of our Company representing 80.51 of
our pre - Issue issued equity capital and the Promoter Group holds
46,83,770 Equity Shares of our Company representing 7.29 of our
pre - Issue issued equity capital. As on the date of filing this Draft Red
Herring Prospectus, six of the Directors on our Board represent the
Promoters, 1 of the Directors is an executive director and 3 of the
Directors are independent directors.


2007

-Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has informed that the Company has acquired Orissa Manganese & Minerals Pvt Ltd as 100% subsidiary.


2008

-Mr. Nandanandan Mishra has been appointed as an Additional Director on the board of the Company.


2009

-Mr. Anand Sharma has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.


2010

-"Macquarie SBI Investments Pte Ltd and State Bank of India to invest INR 1250 million in Adhunik Metaliks Ltd's power subsidiary Adhunik Power and Natural Resources Ltd."


- M/s Orissa Manganese & Minerals Limited the wholly owned subsidiary of Adhunik Metaliks Limited has started the mining operation in non forest area of three of its manganese ore mines namely Tentulidihi, Sanpatholi and Kusunidihi.


2012

-Adhunik Metaliks Ltd. has commenced dispatching Iron ore from its Kulum Captive mine and has received the first consignment from its plant site.

-Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has regarding Commencement of dispatches from Captive Iron Ore mines of the Company.

2013

-Adhunik Metaliks has commenced commercial operations of its second unit of 270 MW of 2x270 MW Thermal Power Plant.

2014

-Adhunik Metaliks wins HR Excelence Award 2014.
-Adhunik Metaliks awarded Greentech HR Award 2014.

2015
-Cyber Village in Raipur.
-Adhunik Group & NNS provide safe Drinking water
