Our Company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in the name of ÂM/s Acme Fabrik Plast Co pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated April 08, 1994. Over the years, the partnership structure underwent several amendments, including the Deed dated September 01, 2002, Partnership Amendment Deed dated March 17, 2006, Partnership Amendment Deed dated April 01, 2010 and Partnership Admission Deed dated September 26, 2016. Thereafter our firm got converted into Acme Universal Safezone 9 Private Limited of pursuant to Part I (Chapter XXI) of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 25, 2016 by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private company to a public company, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors dated June 17, 2025 and Special Resolution at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 21, 2025, following which the name of our Company was changed from ÂAcme Universal Safezone 9 Private Limited to ÂAcme Universal Safezone 9 Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on July 08, 2025.
