The Company was incorporated as AKM Lace and Embrotex Private Limited on November 26, 2009 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi bearing Registration No. 196375 and having its Registered Office in Delhi. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and thename of the Company was changed to AKM Lace and Embrotex Limited vide Special Resolution dated May 04, 2017. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued on May 15, 2017 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Company’s Corporate Identity Number is U17291DL2009PLC196375 and its Registered Office is situated at IX/6024, Ram Gali, Subhash Mohalla, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi – 110 031.

THE BUSINESS:

The Company is engaged in the business of trading of textile products primarily fabrics as well as supply of customized lace and embroidered work items which we manufacture/process through established job work arrangements. The company is involved in the following textile products:

2016

- Expanded business operations by entering into supplying of Knitted Fabrics processed through Job work arrangements.

- Acquired the Godown on rent for business purpose.

2017

- Changed the status of the Company from Private to Public i.e. AKM Lace and Embrotex Limited.

- Acquired the Corporate Office on rent for business operations.

2023

- Company name has changed to AKM Creations Ltd. from AKM Lace and Embrotex Ltd..

2024

-Company name has changed from AKM Creations Ltd.to Aayush Art and Bullion Ltd.
