The Company was incorporated as AAA Technologies Private Limited, a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated 03rdOctober, 2000 at Mumbai issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders at an EGM held on 16th July, 2020. Consequently the name of the Company was changed to AAA Technologies Ltd., and fresh certificate of incorporation, consequent upon conversion from private limited company to a public limited company, was issued on 3rd August, 2020 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
