A-One Steels India Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

Our Company was incorporated as “A-One Steel and Alloys Private Limited”, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 through a certificate of incorporation dated April 9, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to “A-One Steels India Private Limited” pursuant to a board resolution dated May 6, 2024 and shareholders’ resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting held on May 6, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 29, 2024 consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Our Company was then converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution adopted by our Shareholders on August 30, 2024, consequent to which, the name of our Company was changed to ‘A-One Steels India Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation, consequent upon change of name, was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on December 23, 2024.

2012

-Incorporation of our flagship Company “A-One Steel and Alloys Private Limited” which was renamed as “A-One Steels India Private Limited”, post-merger (see, year 2023 below)

2013

- Started Gauribidanur Plant and commenced manufacturing of MS Billets with steel melting furnace.

2014

- Aaryan Hitech Steels India Private Limited (which merged with our Company) setup manufacturing of TMT bars at Gauribidanur Plant and subsequently it was leased to our Company for manufacturing of TMT bars.

2017

- Acquisition of 100% equity share capital of our subsidiary, Vanya Steels Private Limited pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated March 27, 2017.

- Acquired the manufacturing unit at Bellary, Karnataka on lease basis from Basai Steels and Power Private Limited, installed with sponge iron and MS billet production line.

2018

- Started manufacturing of HR Coil and MS pipe at Bellary Facility I

- Started procuring green power through captive wind and solar power arrangement

- Acquired sponge iron plant from Trivista Steels Private Limited at Koppal facility.

2020

- Incorporated A-One Gold Steels India Private Limited and A-One Gold Pipes and Tubes Private Limited as wholly owned subsidiaries of our Company and commenced manufacturing of GP coil and pipes.

2022

- Leased a manufacturing plant at Chikkantapur for manufacturing of ferro alloys and metcoke.

2023

- Amalgamation of erstwhile “A One Steels India Private Limited” and “Aaryan Hitech Steels India Private Limited” with A-One Steel and Alloys Private Limited pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation approved by National Company Law Tribunal, Special Bench - Bengaluru vide its order dated November 22, 2023. Further, in terms of Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated June 29, 2024, the name of the Company was changed from A-One Steel and Alloys Private Limited to A-One Steels India Private Limited.”

2024

- Conversion of our Company to a public limited company.

- Acquisition of 70% shareholding in Basai Steels & Power Private Limited.

2025

- Started WHRB power plant at Koppal Facility.
