The Company is engaged in the business of design, development and manufacturing of: (a) Pipe fitting moulds and industrial moulds catering to building materials (primarily pipes, fittings, sanitaryware) and plastic & polymer processing industry for the past 17 years under the brand name i.e. Om Galaxy Limited. (b) Automotive moulds catering to automotive & auto components industry through the subsidiary OMG Auto Mould Private Limited (“OMG Auto”) for the past 6 years under brand name i.e. OMG Auto Mould Pvt.Ltd. (c) Hot Runner System (“HRS”) through the other subsidiary, Infuse HRS Private Limited (“Infuse HRS”) for the past 4 years under the brand name i.e. Infuse Hot Runne Solutions. (d) Cleaning Products used in households and several commercial as well as non-commercial establishments. During Fiscal 2025, the Company identified an opportunity in this segment. Leveraging the legacy in the manufacturing of moulds, we diversified into manufacturing moulds as well as finished products in this segment such as mops, brushes, scrubbers, wipers, brooms under the brand name Wondra. We specialise in moulds which are utilised for injection moulding and blow moulding processes as explained
below: a) Injection moulding is a manufacturing process wherein molten plastic material is injected under pressure into a mould cavity and allowed to cool and solidify into the desired shape. The mould used in this process is referred to as an injection mould, which is a tooling product. Injection moulding is characterised by high dimensional precision and repeatability, capability to produce intricate geometries, suitability for large-scale production and efficient material utilisation. b) Blow moulding is a manufacturing process used to produce hollow plastic articles by inflating heated plastic
material within a mould cavity until it conforms to the shape of the mould. The mould used in this process is referred to as a blow mould, which is also a tooling product. Blow moulding is characterised by suitability for hollow products such as containers and bottles, uniform wall thickness, high production efficiency in packaging applications.
