Digilogic Systems Ltd. Background
Our Company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 under the name and style of “M/s Digilogic Systems” pursuant to a deed of partnership dated May 08, 2007. Further, “Digilogic Systems” was subsequently converted from the partnership firm to a private limited company under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 in the name of “Digilogic Systems Private Limited” and received a certificate of incorporation dated December 09, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, our Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on June 18, 2025, and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Digilogic Systems Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre
on July 01, 2025 bearing CIN U62099TG2011PLC077933.
